Positive: Welcome was wonderful, I had bought a take out as I was late arriving. I asked to borrow a plate, and the host insisted that I sit at his table and eat my meal. Made feel very welcome, nothing was any trouble. Room was lovely and clean and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
