this lovely home is nestled in the woods in the tahoe pines neighborhood on the west shore the tahoe pines hoa beach and pier is within easy walking distance, only 1/2 mile!
an elegant kitchen, remodeled living area and master bedroom round out this comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath dog-friendly home The lower level features a beautiful, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, full bathroom, laundry facilities and 1 space in the garage. Upper level has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed (one also has a Double futon), and a full bathroom. The plush Master Suite with King bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower (no tub) and small work space is above the garage but accessible from the main part of the house.
it’s the little things that make a big impact: 60” smarttv in the living room with netflix, amazon, and hulu, and every bedroom has multiple usb connectors for charging your wireless devices! relax after a long day in the mountains in the covered hot tub surrounded by snow or play horseshoes in the back yard while you soak in the filtered sun

•quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up
•parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4 - street parking is prohibited year-round
