2414 lighthouse tennis club is filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of cool neutrals and soft, inviting surfaces. the kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook- or not!
each bedroom (1 king/2 twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus big, wall mounted television with digital cable, plus full size stack washer/dryer for your convenience
attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting 1-4 guests The villa is a 2 1/2 story walk-up penthouse. No elevator, but once inside you will enjoy the vaulted ceiling and nearly panoramic view.
payments: for reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
pets: we welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2 small Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.
