This is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level home with pool and jacuzzi. The master bedroom contains two full sized beds, a private bathroom, and a Roku TV. The other two rooms each contain a queen bed, and a brand new 40 inch Roku smart TV. The beds have been equipped with new Zinus mattress toppers for your comfort. There are also ceiling fans throughout the home and bedrooms, as well as central AC. There is also a large TV in the living room along with a large sectional, an Amazon fire stick, and DVD player. The house is approximately 1,100 square feet with a huge outdoor area that sleeps no more than 8 adults.
-there is a large outdoor area for lounging and entertainment, including a gas bbq grill, outdoor tv, foosball game, large outdoor seating areas, two long tables with seating, alexa device, pool and jacuzzi! a propane tank for the gas bbq is provided, please refill it at your discretion

pool/spa: pool has solar heating on sunny days Gas heating is also available for an additional fee of $100/day. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity. Jacuzzi heats complimentary from 7pm-10pm; these times can be adjusted for your preference.
