the home features several outdoor patios, as well as a private pool in the back Enjoy the breeze and partial ocean views from the roof-top, or walk down to Parque Cuidades Hermanas to enjoy the day. This park is across the street from the ocean, and is the most beautiful park in the city. here, you can play pickle-ball, basket ball, soccer, have a picnic, join an exercise group, and more!
there are 3 large bedrooms in the house, each with it's own en-suite with shower, as well as large closets and storage The 4th bedroom is found down on the ground level, off of the garage. This room also has it's own bathroom with shower. Fans and air-conditioners are also found throughout the house.
