the best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (2 inside garage and ONLY 2 on driveway due to neighborhood regulations). NO street parking and NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
since this property is a little far from central houston, the metro system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• please note that though the listing shows 2 queens bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 queen size beds) Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.
• to keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
• this property includes a pool outside Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.
