Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open ~mid May to September) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that our pool is a saltwater pool.
the kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals The dining room has seating for 8. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, TV, and a desk when you have to bring work with you. The partially finished basement features a pull out full couch (small but perfect for 2 kids or 1 adult),, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options.

🐾 a max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🐞 just a heads-up: while cleanliness is a priority, our proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies You may find these guys stuck to or around the exterior of the home. turning off the exterior lights at night may help!
