We use a decibel-monitoring device from Noise Minut to ensure 100% privacy-compliance. No gatherings or loud noises outside of apartment at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. If the police is called for a disturbance, then the fee of $500 applies.

4 ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping. PET ARE ALLOWED. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping inside the unit. You may smoke outside in the front yard.
5 DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. A violation fee of $150 will apply if door is left open or unlocked at any time. You are responsible for the property during the time of your reservation.
6 late checkouts:
checkout time is 10:00 am On rare occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, but this requires written email permission from host and can usually only be confirmed on the day of arrival / departure . There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean. If unauthorized checkout is later than 12:00 PM, an extra $200 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following booking..
