* pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through october and into november
* we use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent
* this is a 2-story home so there are stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms
