welcome to "silver beach unit 804" This unit is direct Gulf front and offers a direct beach view. This pet-friendly unit is the only complex in Orange Beach that is pet-friendly and direct beachfront. Pet Friendly- One pet, 40 pounds or less, is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet, 40 pounds or less, can be added after Labor Day until Memorial Day upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made. Please note that the HOA rules are from Memorial day to Labor day 1 pet 40 pounds or less is allowed. Labor day until Memorial day 2 pets 40 pounds or less are allowed. This is a HOA rule so we can not alter this policy.

i have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen
other things to note:
1 Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.
2 Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.
3 We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.
4 Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. no 3rd party bookings allowed!
