ponderosa paradise is nothing short of an amazing place to be This cabin studio located beneath the main house is gorgeous. It doesn't take long to feel right at home. Newly renovated with a full kitchen.
take a short 1 minute walk and you're right in the heart of downtown twain harte where you'll find groceries, dining, coffee, shopping, mini golf, public park, tennis courts, bars and live music!
the space:
this listing includes exclusive access to the entire lower half of the home, complete with a sepparate entrance, outdoor space, kitchen, bedroom, kitchen and dining area
the top half of the home has an additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and includes exlusive acess of the wraparound deck as well as the sepparate game room cabin located at the back of the property

the neighborhood is at the center of the pine forest in downtown twain harte You'll find yourself just looking around and asking yourself "how tall do you think these trees are?". The property is located less than a minute away to downtown and on the weekends, you'll hear live music ROCKING from downtown. we recommend walking over to eproson house and checking it out!
