to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:
1 NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our house and within the building's premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
2 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our home is located in a residential area, and we ask that you respect our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors.
3 DOGS ONLY: Unfortunately, we can only allow dogs in our rental due and charge a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. You must pick up all dog poop, we will fine you $50 for each dog pile we find.
4 LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guest. Late checkout past 11:00 AM will result in a $50 fee.
5 NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 8, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest.
6 RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our home and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately.
7 NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.
