Close to many shops, our house is located 5 minutes from the baths of Boulou, 5 minutes from Ceret, 15 minutes from the baths amelie baths, 20 minutes from the sea (argeles), 10 minutes from the Spanish border . C, is ideal location for a spa cure or enjoying a family vacation. Our house is a village house, totally renovated (kitchen, bedding, furniture). It is equipped with reversible air-conditioning and double glazing. Thanks to a door in brick partition, you have access directly from the living room to a beautiful terrace of more 20m2, ideal to enjoy the weather, to eat meals or to store bicycles or other. The house is a two storey house with spiral staircase in wood and stone apparent around. On the ground floor, there is the living room and the kitchen. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom and a bathroom (Italian shower, WC, washbasin). In the 2nd one another room and a room (office and tidying up) this one will remain close. Maureillas is a small village located between sea and mountain.
