this property is located in the middle of numerous national parks including zion national park, cedar breaks, bryce canyon, grand canyon (north rim), escalante grand staircase, coral pink sand dunes, lake powell, and red hollow hike (in orderville) It's an ideal home base for seeing all of these parks.
getting around:
this home has convenient access to hwy 89a/89 which takes you to best friends animal sanctuary, zion and bryce national parks, lake powell and the north rim of the grand canyon just minutes away from downtown kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!
here in southern utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
kanab, ut is 25 minutes away Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.
