Just 3.5 miles away is Tahoe City where you will find many great restaurants, fun shops, a park, and other great beaches. There is a walking/bike path you can take from this home to Tahoe City to enjoy the outdoors while exploring the area. A short distance from the beaches at Skylandia and Bristlecone, there is something for every season.
this home has two levels On the lower level you will find two of the bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and an extra family room with access to the yard. On the upper level will be the remaining two bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a bunk bed with a sofa sleeper in the other. Along with the two bedrooms is the large kitchen, dining area, and living area with an open and spacious floor plan allowing you to enjoy the company of all your guests. With large windows throughout the upstairs it allows plenty of natural light with views of the surrounding Tahoe pines. Step outside on the deck and enjoy a nice morning cup of coffee taking in the fresh Tahoe air or, in the evening hours, enjoy a nice outdoor dinner.
