Freshly updated and remodeled (2022) two story waterfront house with lots of amenities! Get away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life and relax in this little slice of heaven. It is perfect for nature lovers, fisherman, golfers, swimmers, or just a place to relax and enjoy the peaceful waterfront views right outside your own porch. You will have access to the neighborhood’s pool, golf course, park, pavilion, boat dock (walking distance away) , boat parking, and beautiful walking trails on the neighborhood’s 18 hole golf course. There is no club house, so bring your own golfing gear. Golfing is $25 per person. Message me for more information. you can also bring your fishing gear and fish right in front of the house on the bulkhead! so peaceful and relaxing!
we do not recommend swimming in the lake as their have been sightings of alligators in the water
