This brand new and very rare 1 bedroom lagoon view unit is near the Country Club and just a walk away directly to the famous Pico Beach. It is located in the newest bldg Carola in Pico de Loro. My unit comes complete with dining, kitchen, and cooking amenities. Comes complete with cable, heater, aircon, and wifi. I am a member of Pico de Loro and I can grant you exclusive member's access.

the beach club is entitled only for members and accompanied guests but everybody has the access to the pico beach and country club Country Club has an infinity pool, Olympic size pool, locker rooms and shower rooms. There are also some indoor sport activities areas for a fee such as the basketball court, badminton court, billiards, bowling, etc. Pico beach is the public beach where in unaccompanied guests can enjoy. However, if the member is present, we can grant you access to the exclusive members' area.

please take note that all non members are required to pay the resort or guest fee upon entry Pico de Loro has a separate entrance fee for non members. P800 lean season and P1200 high season on weekdays and P1500 on weekends. *Pico Club Entrance is subjective to Season. Additional 700.00 will be charged for cleaning fee upon check in
