you will love staying at this cozy studio condo! this studio is part of a larger private home The studio makes up the entire lower level and is one large master suite. It includes a Kitchenette, a dining or game table, lounge area, Queen bed, and a nice bathroom, with a private entrance from the outside. The lounge area has a sofa and armchair surrounding a large HDTV, which is also ideally positioned for viewing from the bed. The entertainment center also includes a Blu-Ray player, a DVR, and a surround sound stereo system. The bed is a custom built Murphy bed, so you can easily get it out of the way once you're up for the day, or leave it out all the time - there is plenty of space. A Murphy bed is a real bed, and in this case, a nice mattress! The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, an induction hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, and of course dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and silverware. The property is located just across Highway 34 from Shadow Mountain Lake, which means convenient access to the Green Ridge boat ramp. The home is just far enough from 34 to prevent any highway noise, yet still provides quick and easy access to everything in the area. Shadow Mountain Lake is less than a mile away, Lake Granby is only 2 miles, and Downtown Grand Lake is only 5 miles from your door. Dogs are welcome at this property, with a per dog per night fee, if approved in advance, but cats are strictly prohibited due to owner allergies. The main portion of the home is never rented separately at the same time/. The home is either rented in its entirety or only this studio space, never two groups at once. The main portion of the home will either be empty or owner occupied during your stay. Please inquire with us about pricing for your dates.
