Summary: I have booked several properties using VRBO. 5/6 have been good. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this property The night I arrived, I was met with a cockroach in the sink. I messaged the property host and asked if perhaps housekeeping forgot to attend to the unit because of the roaches I was seeing. I also explained that I have asthma. Since my luggage did not make it to Albuquerque, I used the washer to my jeans and undies. The washer would not drain and I had to hang up my jeans and underwear to air dry. I ended up buying a change of clothes the next morning I notified the property management to let them know that the washer was not draining. I have included the response. _____________________________________________ Message from the host Rhonda Please note that our office is Only open 8am-8pm Also Pest Control came out Monday and did their Quarterly Spraying. The Unit is clean Sounds like you've Overloaded the washing machine. Please only put small loads in to ensure it will work properly. Thanks _____________________________________________ During my stay, I had to get a steroid shot because the cockroaches triggered as asthma attack. I swept no less than six dead cockroaches per day. I started snapping images so the host could not deny that there were cockroaches present in the unit. After I reported the washer not working, no one came to attend to it. This is probably the worse customer service I have ever received from a VRBO property.
