when you enter this home, you walk into a modern decorated living room with a large 65 inch tv, a large couch, and three large sitting chairs This is the perfect area to hang out with family and friends for a game night or to watch your favorite movie! Head to the left and find a large, newly renovated restroom with a tub and shower combination and a large mirror making getting ready in the morning easy. Across the hall you enter a cozy bedroom with two twin beds that will have you drifting off to sleep with ease. Continuing into this home, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with all you could need for your vacation. With a knife block, toaster, and even a cocktail shaker this vacation rental will make you feel right at home! There is bar stool seating for four and a dining room table with four seats, so there is plenty of room for all. Off the kitchen, you can find the master bedroom with a spacious king sized bed and a TV for unwinding after a day in the sun. This room also has a desk for any work that needs to be done on vacation and an en suite bathroom. Head out the double doors near the kitchen and you are welcomed into a lovely sunroom with a couch that pulls out into a bed and a large 65 inch TV. This is the perfect room for enjoying the sunshine while watching your favorite sports or TV show or even just playing a card game. Off of the sunroom, you will find an attached mother in law suite that has a spacious king sized bed with an en suite bathroom for privacy.
when you go to the backyard of this home you can find a new gas grill, a gorgeous deck with new furniture, tons of grassy space, and a private dock! this dock has room for two or three boats and is a great spot for fishing or watching the sunset There is also a small, fenced in area for you to put your dog and let them play in the grass to enjoy their vacation too.
