this condo has an open concept with a super functional kitchen area with plenty of counter space You'll find smart locks, a smart thermostat, a 55" smart TV with streaming services setup, including Netflix and Disney+, and a host of amenities to make your stay comfortable.
the bedroom with king bed and en suite is directly adjacent to the main living space Once you're in the condo, everything is on one level. The "back door" for the condo is located off of the bedroom.

all parking is street parking only While it's free, we will need your license plate state and number so we can add you to the city's digital parking system.
getting around the neighborhood on foot is super simple! we are just a 5 - 10 minute walk from tons of coffee shops and restaurants! street parking is free but by digital permit only Once your reservation is confirmed, we will get your car set up with on-street parking. It's hardly ever an issue to find parking in front of the building.

The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times.

cleaning and care
• please clean up after yourself Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• treat stains immediately with remover before laundering
• we provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels Let us know if anything is missing.
• for stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately
• excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees
long-term stays
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in
• guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance
• if the property is in an hoa, guests must also sign and follow the hoa handbook
• lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules
• violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund
pet policy
• no animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing This includes short visits.
