there is a shared utility room attached to your unit which holds modern front-loading washer and dryer, iron w/ ironing board, and extra cleaning supplies you can use Laundry is available to those staying one week or longer, or by request as it's the landlord's only access to the backyard to let the dog out. You have access to the yard through the French doors in the bedroom.
