it's an established garner neighborhood with shopping & restaurants a short jaunt up the hill This is a family friendly neighborhood no loud parties allowed but feel free to enjoy the backyard just turn music down after 11pm. It's about 8 to 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh & Wake Med. PNC arena is a 15 to 20 min drive.
