NEW 55" Smart TV's in living area. The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and an open concept dining & living providing wonderful water views from inside the condo.

Pet fee is non-refundable. The dedicated pet area is a lovely green space next to the Tennis & Pickleball courts, with a park bench to sit on and a doggie waste bag station.
