this beautifully presented villa in idyllic location is an easy 300m walk to the sandy foreshore of mccrae/rosebud beach, mccrae plaza and the land mark 30km mornington peninsula bay trail which are all accessible with the safety of pedestrian lights
this lovely villa is well equipped with a spacious light filled living and dining area plus 3 bedrooms:-
1st with a queen size bed and a full ensuite
2nd with king single bunks + trundle furnished to comfortable sleep children only
3rd has a single pull out bed This room could also cater as a Kids play/chill out area.
there is a fully functioning kitchen, main bathroom and toilet, separate laundry with washing machine & dryer
in addition there is a fabulous outdoor entertaining area with bbq and lounge chairs The backyard is fully fenced with plenty of space for the kids to run in a safe and secure environment.
in addition we offer free wi-fi and netflix Linen is provided including bath towels, however no beach towels.
please note that this villa is in a group of 10 privately owned properties and is best suited to couples and families wishing to have a quiet relaxing getaway by the bay
we have a strict no party policy which means no loud music day or night, at 11pm you need to move inside so our neighbours are not disturbed Sorry no bucks or schoolies bookings of any kind.
