📑 we ask all guests to read and agree to our house rules prior to booking I ask the primary booking guest to sign the rental agreement for the group and submit a credit card for the security deposit hold. This step must be completed to receive check-in instructions. This is NOT an extra charge! The hold will be released within 1-2 days after checkout as long as our house rules were honored and no significant damages were found (misuse or missing bicycles, extra hot tub cleaning, or broken/stained furniture that is beyond normal use).

while we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of two dogs per stay We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained. Younger or oversized pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be charged if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.

While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.
