Amazing charming apartment with swimming pool (2 bedrooms-2 bathrooms, and a half bath) located 10 STEPS from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico. Located in Condado and Ocean Park, San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of local and trendy restaurants and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and Old San Juan. we have a power plant in case the electricity goes of in the area, very important since hurricane maria!!!
