penkenna house has been carefully and sympathetically restored retaining many original features whilst incorporating modern creature comforts From the reception hall, the large double reception room offers comfortable seating for the whole family, a feature fire place with wood burning stove, and views towards the beach; one of the sofa’s fold out to provide an additional double bed, if required. The dining room has a table and chairs seating up to 8, and a large AGA provides a focal point for this room. The kitchen and separate utility room have a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small 2 ring electric hob in the kitchen, but the Aga in the dining room is mainly used for cooking (details of how use the AGA are included in the welcome pack). There is also a separate pantry and downstairs cloakroom. The studio room is accessed through double doors from the kitchen is an ideal place to store wetsuits, surf boards and other beach paraphernalia.
