Welcome to “Pebbles by the Bay”, your characterful beach shack ideally located in central Busselton, just five minutes to the beach and an easy fifteen minute stroll to town, Busselton Jetty and the town centre.
holiday like yesteryear and enjoy 1940s style in this cosy little shack set in a huge established garden with fruit trees and lots of colour
the home is on the older side, with many original features and charm It does show its age in places, with, for example, some minor cracks in the plaster work, however it is completely sound, clean and tidy. if a sterile white box is your thing, this isn't the home for you - but if you enjoy period features and are seeking a traditional down south holiday experience, you'll enjoy it here!
upon arriving, you'll find parking for two cars on the freshly installed concrete driveway You enter via the front verandah (a great spot to watch the world go by, wine in hand) into the main open-plan living area. The area features the living room, dining room and kitchen. There's air-conditioning, two ceiling fans, a TV with chromecast - so you can watch your apps - and the kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect plus nespresso coffee machine.
there are three bedrooms The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The two minor bedrooms are small, but also have proper sized comfortable queen beds and ceiling fans. There's also a bathroom with a green bath (remember those!), a shower and basin. The WC is in a separate room and there is also a washing machine in the laundry.
outside, accessed from the kitchen / dining room is an alfresco area looking on to the large enclosed back garden This has an outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ and a pizza oven.
it enjoys a great, very quiet location, close to the beach and town - you'll be next to everything, but wouldn't know it when you're listening to the birds sing and the bees buzz in the lovely mature garden!

we wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm
