With a spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and ample bathroom facilities, this accommodation is suitable for up to 8 guests, perfect for larger groups. The living room has a double sofa bed, wifi and smart TV, allowing them to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The 40 inch flat screen SMART TV means you can connect to iplayer, netflix etc. Three seater sofa. Our bookshelves are stacked with good books to read and with original Brighton photography on mounted canvas on the walls throughout, you really will feel the Brighton vibe.

- all beds are made up for your arrival with all linen, bedding and towels provided, sufficient for the number of guests in your group
• parking
one free parking space is available directly outside the house front door for a small car under 3 metres, additional cars can be parked on street very close by for £720 per day, full parking details will be emailed with check in instructions.

our guest promise
we want you to arrive at a spotless home If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. if we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
check-in
we’ll send your check-in instructions via email and sms at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid
damage deposit
we work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

to keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
noise
to help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am We want you to have a great time. a little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
