things to note
🛏️ the 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people across a king, queen and king-single bunk beds There is a sofa bed available in the living room if you require sleeping for 8 people. Please note that this is located in the open living/dining /kitchen area with minimal privacy, and includes a queen spring mattress. Linen is provided though you will need to make the bed up as needed so it can be used as a sofa during the day. Use of the sofa bed will be charged at an additional fee of $30 per person per night.
🏠 the home shares a common wall with the neighbouring property It’s a sturdy brick and tile construction and we’ve never had any problems, though please respect the neighbours and be mindful of excessive noise.
🚗 the driveway to the garage is shared with the neighbour Please only use it to access the house, garage and bins.
🧗please note this is a 2 story, split level house There are steps up to the front door, and internally to the top and bottle level (with a landing in between).
❄️ the air-conditioning is evaporative cooling to the top level only (master bedroom, kitchen/living/ dining) Pedestal fans are supplied for the downstairs bedrooms..
