With this Tuscan style 2-story you have room to sleep 9 people plus with an office flex space! Play a game of Basketball in the front yard driveway, prepare a large meal in the oversized kitchen and dining room, or watch the stars on the rooftop deck with panoramic MOUNTAIN VIEWS. there are so many spaces to see!
the home has mostly carpet and tile in the "wet" areas It is very cozy. The outdoor door space is great for gatherings. It has a large covered patio and oversized gravel rear and side yard. The kitchen includes coffee and any amenities a guest would need for cooking and entertaining. Surround sound in the family room makes for great movie nights. Upstairs in the master there is another sound system, receiver and remote next to the tv. Propane tank on the rooftop deck will need to be filled by guest should they decide to use it please make sure gas it is turned off before departing.
