The home is located in the Olive hamlet of Boiceville, just a stone’s throw from the Hudson Valley Rail Trail, and a quick drive to the Ashokan Reservoir—both great for walking and bike riding. This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 fireplaces, and a sauna. Also, we have a game room on the first floor, with a ping pong table, a small pool table. The property is private.
