This is a little house sitting on 18.5 acres. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, living area, a small dining table and a full kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the couch turns into a full bed and the chair turns into a single bed. Stowed away is spare single folding bed + mattress too and a sleeping bag. This is our second home, so while this house is basic, it does have all the necessities for a simple living. Just 18 minutes from Del Norte, this cabin makes the perfect adventure base: the Penitente Canyon and La Ventana Natural Arch are out back. Ride ATVs & motorcycles in the Rio Grande National Forest, go fishing, or see the Great Sand Dunes. At night, grill on the porch or simply sit back and watch the Dark Skies..
