take the first exit onto the a361, at the next roundabout take the second exit
continue to the next roundabout take the first exit onto the a39 signposted bideford
at roundswell roundabout, take the 4th exit onto the a3125
then take the 2nd exit of the next roundabout, stay on the a3125, taking the 2nd exit of the next roundabout
after 05 miles at the roundabout, take the 1st exit to Bickington Road, continue for around 1.7 miles. You will notice the Fox Inn on your left hand side, continue up the slight hill to the traffic lights (Graylings Fish and Chips)- Turn left onto Higher Road, continue for around 500 yards, you will notice village hall on right, after this Paws Retreat is the 2nd/ 3rd turning on right- with palm tree in garden please pull into the drive and park in the generous parking area.
