there are awesome estuary and pinnacle vistas from the property and the large north-facing deck Perfect for outdoor entertaining with a bbq, outdoor furniture seating 10 and a roll out awning to provide some shade.
upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/dining and kitchen The lounge has a TV and stereo. There are games, books and toys here. There is a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. You can rent the upstairs only - suitable for 2-4 people.
downstairs is a developed basement with sleeping for 8 and a toilet, shower and the laundry There is a DVD player, tennis and badminton rackets and table soccer . There is a fridge and freezer here. The basement has its own entrance. This makes it perfect for providing space for older children or another family. There is no internal access.
