Family friendly!!!
Large and comfortable 4 bedroom home with the living area opening onto a large outdoor decking ( consisting an outdoor kitchen ) overlooking the spectacular ocean and lake views. High ceilings with timber floorboards throughout.
Main area consists of 3 bedrooms (Bed 1 with ensuite), great living area, dining room, main bathroom, and a large brand new modern kitchen that all overlook the beach and lake. Air conditioning all year round as well as a slow burning wood fire combustion heater.
Main bedroom - 1 x queen, 1 baby cot.
2nd bedroom - 1 x queen,
3rd bedroom - 2 x Tri bunks
Downstairs we have a large bedroom, another bathroom, the laundry, as well as a huge rumpus/games room which also opens onto another decking.
4th bedroom - 1 x Tri bunk plus 1 x single.
LINEN/TOWELS are supplied at no additional cost.
Local Attractions
SMITHS LAKE....
With the famous Frothy Coffee Boatshed, is great for children and water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and swimming. It is closed to the ocean the majority of time by Sandbar beach.
The Village has an excellent butcher, baker, cafe, general store and bottle shop. Only a one minute walk. Booti Booti and Myall lakes National Parks are great for the 4WD enthusiast. A great 9 hole golf course is also nearby at Sandbar.
THE BEACHES...
Boomerang, Blueys, Elizabeth and Amaroo are our closest beaches. Boomerang and Blueys are great for surfing, with Elizabeth the best for families and children as it is patrolled by the Pacific Palms Surf Club. Amaroo beach is also ideal for smaller children as the water is calm and shallow.
LOCAL CLUBS....
Great food, TAB facilities and courtesy bus available at both the local Bowling Club and the Recky Club.

Just three hours drive north of Sydney on the F3 and 1.5 hours from Newcastle.
