this welcoming garden cottage is located in combe down on the outskirts of the city centre A short bus/taxi ride will take you into town where you'll find all of Bath's celebrated cultural, historical and sporting attractions, as well as fabulous shops, and plenty of bars and restaurants to unwind in. Surrounded by tranquil countryside, this location is ideal to explore the best of both worlds, with neighboring picturesque villages and the stunning "Bath Skyline" walk is close by to enjoy.

the cottage is situated in the garden of the main house, and has its own private entrance and gated parking area at the back
the beautifully presented interior is light and modern There is an open plan living space with dining area and a fully equipped, fitted kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable super king zip and link bed , therefore can be made into a twin on request, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 additional guest (an additional charge of £15 for the linen will be applied). The cottage has a shower room, no bath. Outside, there is a small courtyard where you can sit and relax after a busy day exploring.
