1- como faço para pegar a chave?
r: a chave fica no local
2- fica perto da praia? qual é a distância?
r: 700 metros da praia, indico ir de carro, pois as melhores praias estão a cerca de 13km , inclusive a praia do SESC Bertioga.
3- qual é o horário de check-in e check-out?
r: o check-in é flexível, pois depende da saída do hóspede anterior (caso tenha disponibilidade , eu posso lhe ajudar com uma de minhas outras acomodações até o horário definido 17:00h)
4- posso entrar na parte da manhã? antecipar o check-in? que horas posso entrar no dia da minha reserva?
r: sim, pode entrar desde que não tenha hóspedes deixando o local Nesse caso, seu horário inicial será as 17:00h, pois precisamos aguardar o check-out do hóspede anterior e preparar o local para sua entrada.
5- o que é o chek-in flexível?
r: esse tipo de check-in é a modalidade que utilizamos para poder organizar melhor a entrada e saída dos hóspedes, vamos supor que o hóspede anterior à sua reserva decida deixar o local antes, com isso o local será liberado para sua chegada na parte da manhã sem que fique esperando até as 17:00h
6- consegue ver no calendário se consigo entrar cedo?
r: não, pois o calendário fica liberado Consigo informar um dia antes( na parte da noite) sobre o seu horário exato para check-in.
7 - que horas posso sair? posso realizar o check-out na parte da noite?
r: o check-out deve ser realizado até as 15:00h(sem atraso), pois isso reflete nas reservas que vem depois da sua ,lembrando que o atraso após a sua tolerância que é de 15 minutos, pode gerar a cobrança de até uma diária ou em caso de cancelamento do hóspede que está para chegar, será cobrado o valor integral da reserva Caso não tenha reserva para o dia eu posso liberar o check-out até as 19:00h, mas isso você só será informado durante a sua reserva.
8- fica perto da rodoviária?
r: não, fica a 13 minutos de carro
9- qual é o valor da diária? qual é o valor total?
r: eu não consigo ver, pois o cálculo é todo feito pelo site, então pode considerar o valor final que não terá problema
10- qual é a forma de pagamento?
r: apenas com cartão de crédito
11- o valor é por diária ou por pessoa?
r: por diária, incluso até 4 pessoas que é o limite máximo
12- qual é o endereço?
r: não é permitido passar o endereço, mas fica no jardim rafael, bertioga, bairro ao lado do sesc, isso já ajuda na sua localização
13- qual é o andar?
r: o p1 fica no 1ª andar, um rall curto, com 20 degraus
14- aceita animal de estimação?
r: claro, aqui o seu pet também é bem vindo! mas ó, não esqueça de me comunicar sobre isso e de preferência qual é o porte do pet
15- tem comércio perto?
r: sim, mercado e farmácia
16- tem estacionamento?
r: as vagas são externas, ao lado da guarita, super seguro
17- tem utensílios de cozinha?
r: sim, todos!
18- tem roupas de cama?
r: não, justamente pensando em pessoas alérgicas
19 - minha primeira vez no aplicativo, é seguro, como funciona?
r: sim, aqui você tem todas as garantias, reembolso etc
20- fica perto de riviera?
r: 8km 12 minutos de carro
21 - você não cobra a limpeza, mas o local é limpo?
r: o local está sempre limpo, porém se ao chegar ao local e encontrar algo de errado me avise, pois será cobrado do hóspede anterior o valor de r$70,00
