The owners live right next door and have over 100 feet of Lake Winnebago Frontage. The home is on one of the main roads leading into downtown Oshkosh and has two different public boat landings within walking distance, one of which is less than a block away. The property is also within walking distance of the Menominee Nation Arena, EAA air fields, downtown Oshkosh and a wide variety of bars, restaurants and small shops. it is just a short drive to rock usa/country usa fairgrounds
