Open concept living, with a wonderful loft space overlooking the common areas. Top floor consists of large roof deck with skyline views, and outdoor furniture. Our kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary items needed to prepare any type of meal for you and the group. 1st floor: kitchen / living room / dining room / small back patio
2nd floor: loft space with full bathroom #1 and a 2nd living area + pinball machine
3rd floor: bedroom #21 (queen bed) / bedroom #2 (queen bed) / w/d in the hall
4th floor: bedroom #3 (queen bed) / bathroom #2 / roofdeck
basement: bedroom #4 (queen bed + 2x single via trundle bed) / full bathroom #3
parking is free street parking, which is unmetered/untimed on most streets surrounding the property
we are located in an up-and-coming neighborhood called point breeze, which as a ton of local flare and is close to everything the city has to offer Very close walk to Graduate Hospital and University City neighborhoods. We are also just a short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door.

- ~10 minute uber to center city district and city hall
