the many amenities you'll love include a sand volleyball court, heated pool with pool floaters, fully screened-in hot tub area, outdoor tv, horseshoe area, fish cleaning station, outdoor gas grill, pool table/game room, and three stories of decks, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand
as part of the beautiful wind over waves neighborhood, you'll have access to a community boat ramp and walking pier for water sports
upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a secluded screened-in porch with a sitting area, tv, hammock, and hot tub - perfect for ending a long beach day The first floor features a mini-kitchen with a wet bar and refrigerator, as well as a queen bedroom with an en-suite.
on the second floor, you'll find four bedrooms - three with a queen bed and one with bunk beds - all with flat-screen tvs Two of the rooms have private baths, while the other two share a jack & jill bathroom.
the third floor is home to a large living area with stunning views of the pamlico sound The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and everything you need for coffee each morning. Enjoy meals together in the dining room, or step outside to the deck for stunning sunset views. This level also includes a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony access.
