this is a 3 bedroom house, 2 showers/toilets, reception area, dining area, kitchenette (where you can cook your own food) and garage(if you have big car you are free to use the clubhouse parking area and basketball court) This is a small community composed of 143 units with a 24 hour security guard.
our advantage is we have a water tank to supply you water during your stay (Water Supply is the No.1 problem in Cebu.)

we have rice cooker, stove and pans to cook your own food and electric kettle for your tea and coffee Plates, drinking glasses, cups and cutlery are provided too.
