original 1960's fibro small house, this 1 bedroom property boasts an expansive view out across the ocean - see wye point from the wide 360 degree deck, chase the sun all year round With gorgeous king parrots, rosellas, finches, wrens, magpies and (at times) kookaburras, sometimes a night owl perches on the wire or a Koala comes for the new gum leaves! This holiday home is a typical and well loved local beach style classic delightfully updated with soft furnishings inside for comfort.
comprises open plan and light filled, a simple kitchen with gas cooking, microwave oven, double sink, fridge / freezer, lounge with views and access to deck, foxtel pay tv (large screen) adjacent to light filled dining area views to forest trees and sea This property has a split system air-conditioner / heater or x2 small oil heaters. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean (BIR's) , dooner and pillows (guests bring own linen covers) with a tower fan and electric blanket. A small (basic) clean bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet, washing machine (no trough), iron & ironing board.
