The Pelican's Nest is a stunning 3100 sq.ft. custom home which displays quality throughout with Beautiful White Water Views. The interior is built with clear, finished white cedar and displays three 8'x8' skylights and large windows upstairs to bring in the sun, moon and the stars. Downstairs begins with a spacious foyer leading to a large gourmet kitchen with room for several chefs to create wonderful meals. Fresh fish may be purchased locally for a special treat. NO STAIRS TO ENTER OUR HOME. one bedroom and bath on ground floor with kitchen, dining, tv room and backyard all with out climbing stairs!
the dining table has two leaves to expand to 8' to accommodate your group In addition we have a breakfast bar that will seat 3 to 4 others. There is also a private fenced courtyard with an entrance from the kitchen making barbecues and outdoor seating easily accessible.
downstairs there is a smart tv off the kitchen The TV has AppleTV and all of the major apps including YouTubeTV. In addition, the first floor has a full bath with a glass and tile shower and a bedroom with 2 queen beds.
