-resort fee is $40 + tax per night
-parking is $40 + tax per night
-security deposit is $150 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a credit/debit card, refundable upon check-out) The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.

- bugs & critters: please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that florida is a sub-tropical climate To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable) To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. 2 No parties or gatherings are allowed inside the units. No outside visitors are permitted on property, only registered guest are to occupy per Broward County Executive Order 20-21.

3 Occupancy levels strictly are enforced. Locals authorities and your property manager will be contacted in case of violations without a second warning. refer to the maximum occupancy permitted per room at all times is 6 guests
4 In our efforts to take care of our residents, guests, and employees - Every guest checking in will be screened with our state-of-the-art thermal camera to ensure there are no symptoms of COVID-19, such as high fever. If during the screening, the guests displays high fever, a secondary test will be performed. If the secondary test confirms the symptom, the guest will not be checked-in and will be referred to the nearest emergency room for COVID-19 testing.
5 Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. We hold an authorization of $110 per night to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be release immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank..
