We looked high and low for the "perfect" beach property for years. We've spent many Sunday afternoons taking a stroll on the beach (even in winter!). We wanted a location that was quiet, secluded, and where we could enjoy nature and time with our family. Beachwalk fits the bill perfectly. It is quiet, secluded, yet close to major attractions (shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf, etc.).

for the days you want more social interaction, it is only a fifteen to twenty minute drive to the following places: touring the dogfish head brewery, shopping at the outlets in rehoboth, taking in a movie at the movies of midway, walking the historic district of lewes, delaware’s first settlement, or strolling the boardwalk at rehoboth (the younger ones will definitely want to tour funland)
we believe you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere as much as we do Our home has two queen beds, a bunk bed, and a pull out couch for a total of six guests. The house is built directly on the beach with trees on both sides giving the sense of real personal space. During the last beach replenishment, a double fenced sand dune was placed in front of all properties with access points added every few hundred feet. Our house sits right at one of those entrance points.

Summary: My husband and I were expecting a view of the beach in the beach rental we were pleasantly surpriesed how wonderful the veiw from the house was. It was so much more than expected. A fantastic expanse of the ocean was easily enjoyed from the living room. The house was super clean, extremely comfortable and so relaxing. It was evident that the owners take great pride in their property. Beds were extremely comfortable and bedding was soft and newer. Kitchen was well stocked for anyone who wished to cook. I am looking forward to returning in the warmer months. Walked the beautiful beach with our two English Bulldogs who had a great vactation also. Location is perfect and shops are all near by. We were even able to enjoy their new deck with a glass of wine as the sun set. One word - "PERFECT."
