Almost too good to be true!!! 3 story 2300 square foot condo with walk out patio to lower pool. Upper pool at complex is just a few steps away with gorgeous views of the ocean. Wooden path leads you right to the ocean with direct access into a diver's dream world. Enjoy snorkeling, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding or just take a refreshing dip in the ocean, all equipment available for rent with property manager. If interested, scuba diving lessons can be arranged as well. For your convenience, there are outdoor showers and a rinsing station for scuba gear. Discounted tanks and weights are available 24/7 for guests. One of the best offshore dive sites on the island. Only a five-minute drive to world famous Seven Mile Beach!!! Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are available on our patio to take to the beach. Grocery store and Liquor store just down the road. Many famous restaurants within the West Bay Area. 20-minute drive from Owen Robert's International Airport. guests receive a 10% discount when booking any water related activities through stingray watersports!

first floor - open concept with fully outfitted kitchen, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances Powder room, dining area and comfortable living room with a 55 inch flat screen tv (DVDs, books, board games available for use). Sliding doors open onto patio and lower pool.
second floor- 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and there is a washing machine and dryer on this level.
third floor- king size bed and a twin bed, flat screen tv, full bath and large walk in closet
condo is stocked with 2 rolls toilet paper each bathroom and hand soap to start you off Please bring along your essential toiletries. Laundry detergent not provided.
