Summary: The hotel is lovely, the location lovely. The staff are horrendous and lack any sense of customer service. From check-in to our restaurant experience we found the staff evasive, lazy, and during dinner rude interrupting a meal to insist guests to sign their bill because they want to go home. This was not a language issue or a cultural issue it was a front customer facing team that lacks the basics in customer service. So I loved the hotel - despite the engaged and rude staff.
