these bedrooms are located on the main level of the house
the third and fourth bedrooms are fitted with double beds and are located on the second level of the house

there are two designated parking spots in the driveway in front of the house Additional parking is located on the street, across from the house. Street parking is free.
pet policy:
there is an additional $150 charge for a pet to stay in the house When completing your booking, be sure to select the pet option to include the pet fee.
if your pet is joining you during your stay pet stay (1 dog only), do not leave your dog unattended in the home, no dogs on the bed or furniture and pick up any pet waste from the yard There will be an additional charge of $250 if pet waste is not picked up from the yard.
a tenant lives in the lower level suite and has a separate entrance The tenant does not have access to the deck at the back of the house or the back yard.
this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions; there are several sets of stairs
no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the house or on the property

this is our vacation home and ask guest to please respect a few requests:
- please do not use the exercise bike
- please open curtains gently in the living room and in the primary bedroom
- if your dog is joining you during your stay, do not leave your dog unattended in the home, no pets on the furniture, and remove your pet waste from the property
- do not smoke, vape, or use cannabis inside the house or on the property
-no parties, events, or loud music on the deck or on the property
-noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
-if you use the bbq, ensure you clean it afterwards or a cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your stay Put the cover back on the BBQ after each use.
-no live shellfish allowed inside the house If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
when checking-out, please remember to,
-tidy house; load and run the dishwasher, and start a load of towels
-remove the trash and recycling from the house Basic household trash goes black bin at the front of the house.
-empty liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go the bin labeled refundables
-upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the house, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace Turn off fans and/or turn down the heat throughout the house.
-sign out of your apps and streaming accounts, such as netflix, disney+, etc
-please take all left-over food and drink with you
-ensure the bbq is clean
